|SpecificationsSer Mekatronik steaming machine is produced for after screen and digital types of printing fixed and steaming process, works highly efficient with variable steam distribution and internal circulation system and has become an indispensable part of the printing system. Applied advanced technology, not only provides the printing color more vivid and bright but also reveals a continuous and repeatability of the production. Manufacturing perfection is achieved with the main body, which is made of heat and corrosion resistance high quality stainless steel, continuous working of chain system and air blowing.
The steamer machine is insulated with a 100 mm thickness , 150 kg / m3 density on the roof and 130 mm thickness , 100 kg / m3 density rock wool inside covers to prevent heat losses, at the same time water droplets that encounter with a cool surface evacuate by collecting box located on the ground.

Machine control is completely done by PLC and start, stop time, working speed, fixing time, steam quantity, ambient temperature and fan speed can be read and controlled on the screen easily
All speed changes can be easily displayed and controlled in the control panel. Installation of all nominal values and motors can be displayed graphically in the display and the values in the display can be saved by pressing a button.
It is possible to follow up the production constant values in detail. Production values can be partially or wholly read and total start-up / stop times, reasons of stop and alarms generated can be followed up in the display.

Our machine body was made in stainless steel AISI 304 that has high chemical composition, mechanical properties, weldability and corrosion resistance.
There is a unique stick system from the enterance to the exit of the machine, which ables the transfer of the fabric with the sensors.
Thanks to special designs of the sticks, it is possible to move the fabric without marks.
